Regent Street is a major shopping street in London.

It was named after the Prince Regent, who later became George IV. It was originally planned by John Nash in 1811, as part of an avenue from Regent's Park to the Prince Regent's residence at Carlton House in the Mall. Only one Nash building now remains on Regent Street: All Souls Church.
