Ping's is one of the better Chinese restaurants in Olathe, Kansas. I like the Kung Pow Chicken, my wife usually gets the General Tso's Chicken, and my daughter gets the Combination Lo Mein. The Hot and Sour Soup is one of the better versions in the Kansas City area! $10 minimum for delivery. No checks accepted. Closed on Sundays.
