The crossing is about 1/4 of a mile down a dirt road off of Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. It has been reinforced with plastic gravel holders in the streambed to keep it from washing out.

The stream drains a cypress swamp to the east.

The stream today is about 1 1/2 feet deep, but it varies with the amount of recent rainfall. Be sure to mention how deep the stream is when you visit.
