Two rubbed out words make the sign say a completely different meaning than what it was supposed to have!

This small sign is located at the Pacific Science Center. At the complex there are many pools which have walls to separate one pool from another. Some of the edges from the walls connect to the main walk area. To prevent silly people from walking out and falling into the water, the science center has placed signs at the walkable points that say, "Please do not Walk Beyond This Point." All of the signs are in great condition except for one. That particular sign reads in broken letters, "Please Walk Beyond This Point." Unfortunately, the, "Do not" has faded away into a small outline that is barely visible. Even though you know what it is supposed to read, it still sends you into fits of laughter.
