This is the clock that is visible from the outside of the Antwerp Centraal Station. While the Antwerp Centraal Station was built around the turn of the century, the style of the clock looks newer that the building. The banner across the arch says "Middenstatte" or maybe middenstatie -- I googled this and came up with nothing. Source: (visit link)
