Coordinates is aproximet,cause the GPS signal will be poor, search for the manhole cover and step on it! When you will find the right cover, the liberty monument shoul be behind you. - Take a picture!
In the picture you should be recognizable, I mean that if some one later is wachting image he/she should understand wich person took the picture.
