There is an eternal flame near another firefighters memorial that pays tribute to law enforcement officers that have given their lives in the line of duty. It is located further up in downtown Louisvile. There is also the eternal flame in Washington D.C. - that of John F. Kennedy's final resting place and the one that inspired that - the eternal flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. I believe this could be an exact replica of any eternal flame. They are all unique but the same.
