This neo-classical building, situated at the top of Queen Anne Hill, was designed by James Stephen, Seattle's official school architect at the time. Officially opened in 1909, the building is on the National Register of Historic Places, and is currently a popular condominium project, retaining the form and wonderful character of the original facility.
