Authentic Japanese ramen. Toshi's at 1520 Pearl Street in Eugene Oregon serves lunch and dinner and has over thirty menu choices.. Shoyu, miso and shio noodles. Gyoza, fried rice, stir-fry, teriyaki chicken, cold noodles, cold ramen salad. Vegetarian entrees....plus Take-out.

Lunch: 11 am-3 pm M-Sa, Dinner: 5-9 pm M-Sa. Closed every third Sa of the month

The owner has a blog at myspace and most of the reviews are good unless you just don't get noodles.
