When you leave your car/van/scooter/moped and/or motorcycle walk down the asphalt path. Walk about 100 feet and look of to the left and you will see a gazebo down below with a flag pole in front of it. beneath the American flag is our municipal flag.
No information is available about the flag and I even asked my friend Harry who used to be mayor!
The flag consists of the words VOORHEES and TOWNSHIP in dark green on white ground. VOORHEES is underlined in red, a red bow with a triangle in the center spans over the word VOORHEES. See the township's website for the design of the in flag (though in different colors).
