Ups-n-Downs Skating Rink - Escondido, CA - Roller Skating Rinks on Waymarking.com

I used to skate here when I was in high school. The rink has not changed much in the last 30 years. Its still a fun place to be. I prefer the four wheel skates to the inline blades.

It has skate rentals, snack bar and arcade. Open Thursdays 7-9:30pm Fridays 7-10pm, Saturdays 1-4pm & 7-10pm, Sundays 1-4pm. Admission $7 includes skate rental.

Ups-n-Downs is the home of the Firebirds, an American Roller Skating Derby team.
