The Freedom Tower (1925), modeled on a Spanish bell tower, was originally named the Daily News Tower and was home to a leading local newspaper. It earned its name by housing the Cuban Refugee Center in the 1960s.

I did waymarking, geocaching and benchmarking while attending the largest book fair in the United States--the 24th Annual Miami Book Fair International--at Miami Dade Community College (MDCC), Wolfson Campus in November 2007.
I photographed the front door and Benchmark: AC2184 at the Freedom Tower. The Freedom Tower (1925), modeled on a Spanish bell tower, was originally named the Daily News Tower and was home to a leading local newspaper. It earned its name by housing the Cuban Refugee Center in the 1960s.
Instructions for logging waymark: A photograph is required of you (or your GPS receiver, if you are waymarking solo) and the doors.
