A unique weathervane with several spinning attachments is located at the Oodena Celebration Circle at the Forks in downtown Winnipeg.

Surrounding a grassed amphitheatre are cobblestone formations inscribed with pan-cultural legends relating to constellations they represent. The formations support sculptural sighting armatures that act as guideposts for celestial orientation. Some of the armatures also feature objects relating to the elements, the sun and the stars. The west armature is fitted with a wind sculpture.
