Man and his dog are fishin in the ditch near a car repair place in Calhoun, Ga. As all fishermen know it makes no difference if there is water in the creek or not as long as you are fishin. This fella seems to be happy just sittin there on a sunny Sunday afternoon in North Georgia in the middle of a drought.
