These coordinates will take you to a marker listing the names of 17 Revolutionary War veterans buried in this quiet cemetery. The first name listed, William Bull Sr. is my great(6) grandfather. His grave is on the southwestern side of the cemetery.
My father has traced our family history in Ohio back to William. They are among the first settlers of Greene County, OH. James Bull, William's fourth child has a land purchase deed recorded on Page 1, Vol. 1 of the deeds of Greene County.
For those interested in geocaching, as well, there is a cache located here - GCPKJC, Big "E"s Pezmania
My father passed away in March 2005. I think he would have greatly enjoyed GPS, geocaching and waymarking. I'm marking this area, in part, as a tribute to my dad's dedication to genealogy. This is a very peaceful, secluded cemetery. Take time to look around and appreciate the area.
