This cemetery, also called the Gower Cemetery and the Rock Township Cemetery, has a geocache next to it that I found recently. Although someone has done some research into it, the cemetery is not being maintained.

I found one legible grave and did a rubbing on another one. At home, I found the following web site that lists all of the information on the graves. The legible grave is for "Daniel Gower Born July 16, 1818 Died ? 4, 1897". The rubbing I did said "Mary Wife died Oct 8, 1886 Jennie died Sept. 10, 1879, aged 3 Ms. 25D."
I also found a web site that listed Daniel Gower as owning a 150 acre farm in Rock Township in 1855.
