Sunstar is the trade name for Pinellas County's all-paramedic ambulance and emergency response service. They are the sole ambulance provider for Pinellas County.

The EMS System is operated as a public utility model under a performance contract between the ambulance contractor and the Pinellas EMS Authority.

This is the main operations at 12490 Ulmerton Rd in Largo.
