This mall is actually built on what was once a Cattle Farm.
Westfield Brandon, formerly known as Brandon Town Center and Westfield Shoppingtown Brandon, is located eight miles east of Tampa, Florida, in the upper-middle class suburban community of Brandon. At one time this mall was the second-most visited mall in the Tampa area but has recently dropped to fifth.
A 150,000 sq. ft. expansion was completed in the spring of 2007.
