View from pedestrian walkway across the Ohio River. You can park at N39 05.418 W084 30.602, which is a free lot, and walk up the stairway to the walkway. Nice stroll into Cincinnati. Be sure to check out the nearby murals on the Covington side.

The observation platform surrounds the piers for the bridge. Don't try to stop on the bridge, as it is only a two lane, and there are cables and iron fencing that will prevent you from getting to the walkway. I would suggest you park on the KY side. Parking coordinates are listed above. It is a bit of a climb up some stairs to get to the pedestrian walkway. You could park in Covington along Greenup just south of the bridge and walk along the sidewalk if you have trouble with stairs. The parking meter will need to be fed if you go this route. I do not recommend crossing the roadway on the bridge. Check out the new Googie building nearby the suggested parking, too.
