Facilities include nature trails, a wildlife observation area, display gardens, educational exhibits, a historical farm, a 19th century one-room schoolhouse, working beehives and picnic areas. Don't forget to bring your binoculars for some exceptional bird watching! Walk along the scenic trails any time of year -- you will find the landscape is always changing.
Admission is free for members of Denver Botanic Gardens. Others can enter for $5 per passenger vehicle. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No pets please.
Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield is open daily from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., except on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday and President's Day.
The Visitor Center and portions of the nature trails are wheelchair accessible.
