Next to the caboose you can find a vending machine with filled with drinks. A few feet away is a boxcar and several tables.

Near by you can watch various waterfowl and wildlife. Occasionally you will see a kayaker or parasailor.

Donated to the trail by BNSF when the Rivers' Edge Trail was first being built.
