Shelves of used books reach to the ceiling in the three rooms (and basement) of this store. Being near the University of Chicago, the selection tends towards the academic, but there is still a large selection of books on Chicago and Illinois history.

I wondered in here off of 57th Street to avoid the rain, and looking for any American Guide Series books. I couldn't find any, but the website claims that each of the store's three locations has an inventory of over 250,000 books. Seeing the stacks and stacks of books this is an easy claim to believe. And all kinds of esoteric subjects.
