This building, built in 1926, houses the Masonic's Grand Lodge of Washington and the Temple Theater, now known as the Landmark Convention Center.

Tacoma's Masonic Temple Building/Temple Theatre was built in 1926 and designed by architect A. J. Russell. The theater officially opened in October 1927. This theater was originally known as the Heilig Theatre and was renamed Hamrick's Temple Theatre in 1931. The building is Greek in style with interior Egyptian detail.
The Temple Theatre was renamed the Saint Helens Convention Center in 1992 and the Landmark Convention Center in 1995. Acccording to the Landmark Convention Center's website, the theater seats 1,620 patrons, and it is available for rentals. The building and theater have been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
