The Lake McDonald Lodge was built in 1913 as a hunting lodge. The hotel is located along the Going-to-the-Sun Road next to Lake McDonald, the largest lake in the park. The hotel's rustic nature adds to the pleasure of staying at the Lodge. The Lodge has many activities available including park tours, boat cruises and many other park activities.
