A beautiful beach on the lush isle of Kauai, in Kilakuea Bay west of the lighthouse and Kilauea National Wildlife Preserve, but because of the terrain, you can't get here from there. Park at the recommended parking, and prepare for a steep hike.

Parking Coordinates: N 22° 13.164 W 159° 25.081

To find the parking/trailhead is a bit of a challenge, making it "Secret". But once you find it, parking is available for a dozen or so cars. The hike down the bluff to the beach is a bit steep and sometimes slippery, which also scares many away, adding to it's seclusion. It is worth it. The rocky shoreline brings the waves crashing into the sandy beach.

Best of all. It's free....once you get there.
