The Olde Main Street Inn opened as the Hotel Chadron in 1890. The building was sold to Chicago & Northwestern Railroad and used to house train crews along with the Y.M.C.A. The building was converted back into a hotel in 1932. The hotel has been renovated and now is operated as a bed and breakfast and restaurant. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
