The restaurant gives a free steak to people only on their birthday and with a valid Florida ID. They also give the option of upgrading or changing it to something else on the menu; they apply the amount of the free steak to your other option. They do offer seafood for vegetarians and will apply amount of the free steak to these items as well. I have been going here for over 20+ years on my birthday. You can go alone or take family and friends. No other requirements than having a birthday and a valid Florida ID, no minimums etc. Good wine selection, but not a very big menu selection. They do charge for side items ala carte such as baked potato and/or salad, and immediately apply gratuity to birthday checks for the whole check so if it's a large party be aware of this and don't double tip. Adding extra is okay if server deserves it of course!
