I was a little surprised to find this one since the area is completely landlocked. I expected to have to travel to Lake Erie in order to find an anchor.
This anchor sits on a concrete base that is embedded with shells. It's painted black and stands in front of the Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church as part of their landscaping.
