This animal shelter serves the City of Oswego, New York, and
can be found at 621 East Seneca Street, Oswego, N.Y. I thought
that this shelter served the "County" of Oswego, however, after
a recent visit, I found out it only serves the "City" of Oswego.
As I am not a resident of the City, I could not adopt a pet
from here. Apparently, there is another shelter somewhere in
the county that serves the rest of the area.
