The city has out done this excellent memorial and is well worthy of a waymark and visiting.
I stumbled upon this memorial accidently while photoing a church across the street. At first I didn’t know what it was. I first thought it was some sort of fountain that had some excess of grass in it but, as can be seen this is definitely not true.
