The rest stop can be visited when traveling East or West on Hwy 64, use Exit 45.
Located inside near the back right side, just past the gift shop. The designs are:
1: (H) Coal mine enterance with "Exhibition Coal Mine" along the top and "Beckley West Virginia" along the bottom.
2: (H)XXX (a heart) OOO "Good for a Hug and a Kiss" across the top and "Anytime Anywhere" along the bottom.
3: (V) The Lord's Prayer
4: (V) My Lucky Penny, with graphics of a horse shoe and clover
There is also a penny hole-punch on the side for making your shashed into a charm.
