The Niagara Gallery, which is an 'Open to the Public' gallery operating for free.
This location offers locally created pieces of art from many artists of various styles (painting, carvings, metal works, etc.) for sale by consignment. Most of the outdoor items are permanent fixtures though.
The gallery also offers poetry nights, drum circles, nights of philosophy and other various artist expressions.
Driving past without stopping in is a big mistake that I have made for many years. The host, Dean Tedesco, is very friendly and really enjoys showing the various pieces both inside and outside. He also made some of the metal pieces which adorn the front lawn (see Image Gallery for some items at the site). This location is also being expanded to provide even more room for new outdoor items and other future growth.
