Near Shohola, there is a train "museum" there, too. What a mess this must have been. I highly recommend the website.

The reviewer for this waymark sent to me the following that I thought would be a good addition to the listing: Near the end of the Mini-Series "The Blue and Gray" they mention this wreck and as one of the characters is injured in it. The movie has the injured transported on to the Elmira Prison.
