This beautiful camp offers primitive outdoor facilities for those that love to camp. Most of the property is located on the far side of Gunpowder Creek and is perfect for hiking, backpacking, and other high adventure events. There are 11 campsites, four shelters, a campfire bowl, and two open activity fields.
Camp Michaels is use in June for National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT).
This evening I was visiting a Scout taking NYLT and two Scouts and Assistant Scoutmaster on Staff.
