The 1937 stonework building at this site, remains as a tribute to the Civilian Conservation Corp craftsmanship. CCC workers from Camp Clayton built this structure. It was originally used as a bathhouse, but is now an historic site.

The National Forest System still benefits from the facilities built during
the CCC era. CCC workers participated in one of the most successful
conservation programs ever launched. Two and one half million
depression-desperate men received training, pride, hope, and a future because of
the CCC.
