Located in War Memorial Park, this zoo has been an attraction for many years. In recent years it has undergone a transformation, utilizing fewer cages and more natural habitats for the animals. It is continually being improved.
Hours are from 9:00 to 5:00, April through October and 9:00 to 4:30, November through March. Entrance fee is $6.00 for ages 13 and up, $4.00 for ages 12 and under. Annual memberships are avaliable.
