Who would have thought that one could find a virgin in Benoni (Sorry, bad joke), 17 year old Francesca Zackey claims to have seen the Virgin Mary on 20 occasions in her suburban home at these posted coordinates.
Zackey - “At about 8 o'clock in the study there was a beautiful smell of
roses, and the Holy Spirit was so powerful, so strong that night that it led me
to my bedroom and my room lights were off, but my whole room lit up. When I
walked into the room, Our Lady, Mother Mary was sitting right here and I asked
her: ‘Is it really you, my Lady?’ And she said: ‘Yes’.”
This story has made headlines across the World causing people to flock to her house to see the Virgin Mary for themselves. Zackey has come under criticism after telling believers to look into the sun and the Virgin Mary will appear to them, causing at least one person to lose their sight.
The church has subsequently tried to stop Francesca from blessing believers, but she continues to hold ceremonies at her house.
