This water wheel is part of
Aldie Mill Historic Park, owned and run by Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority. For a couple bucks you can take a tour of the mill which still works (using water power) to grind corn meal and similar products.
The water wheel is out back. Be sure to visit the companion
waymark for the mill itself!
