Livingston Cemetery, also known as Shanghai Cemetery, is located in the Proebstel area of Clark County, Washington.
The East and South lines of the cemetery are contained by the Camp Bonneville military base (now vacant) and a tall chain-link fence. The cemetery is located in the midst of Western swordferns, heavy brush and tall fir trees.
The cemetery is now abandoned and overgrown. Only a few gravestones remain. It is not known where any records of this cemetery may be found.

It is difficult to find the earliest (or the lastest) date of burial as a lot of the markers are either missing, or made of wood with no letters, or dates were not put on the markers.
The earliest that I was able to find:
Cement outlines the burial area with
a small wood marker with ink lettering:
Albert
Munsell
1861 1917
The last burial that I was able to find:
Upright, rounded, white stone marker:
Matilda Micherda
Born in Poland
Nov. 15 1886
Died in Vancouver
Sept. 5 1936
Driving directions: Take Fourth Plain/Ward Road east several miles from Vancouver, turn right on Davis Road. Take NE 222nd Avenue East. The road bends right and turns into 88th Street. NE 88th Street bends to the left, and turns into NE Pluss Road. At the bend of 88th Street & Pluss Rd, there is a gravel drive, which is actually the end of 88th Street. Take the gravel (dead-end) road, east. At the end of the road is the cemetery, off to the left.
Instructions for logging waymark: A photograph is required of you (or your GPS receiver, if you are waymarking solo) and the place.
