This obviously well-cared for memorial is located on the street edge of the parish churchyard. A stone cross atop an irregular oblong stone tablet bearing the names of the fallen, which is in turn laid on a larger plinth bearing a military motif of crossed sword and rifle and anchor. Slightly unusually the dates on this plinth are given as 1914 - 1919 and not as is usually quoted 1914-1918.
