National Trail Raceway is conveniently located to Columbus Ohio, so it sees a decent amount of traffic. They host many events throughout the late spring through the fall. The NHRA used to hold one of their races here every year, however it seems to have been moved to another track in northern Ohio.
One of the biggest events held here outside of the NHRA series is always the Goodguys show. Racing is held in conjunction with a general show at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus. Those who wish to race come out to National Trail for an evening of fun. It's a great time watching all of the classic and custom rods duel to see who's the fastest.
National Trail Raceway also hosts local races on Wednesday and Saturday evenings, so anyone with any car that'll pass tech inspection can come out and race. In the past I've done a lot of racing out here, in spite of the fact that I was only driving a slow V-6 1996 Ford T-bird. It was still a great amount of fun!
