The Gateway International Raceway is one of the largest motorsports venues in the Midwest. It is the site of NASCAR events, drag races and other specialty events from April through October. The track is owned by Dover Downs Entertainment Inc. The track offers a 1.25 mile banked oval track for oval racing and drag racing, a 1.6 mile road course and a quarter-mile drag strip.
