Dave is a true microroaster, which means he roasts in his garage. He does mail order and personal contacts (friends and friends of friends and a few friends of friends of friends) only at this point.
Dave has a great new bean from Rwanda...fair trade, produced by an all-women cooperative. He also has a good, classic Sumatra, a Colombian organic, and his first ever bean from Peru, in addition to his Spring Blend (balanced, bright, and full body) and two types of decaf (Sulawesi and Costa Rica). One of his other specialties is a 50/50 blend: half decaf, half regular...great for that afternoon cup when you don't want to stay up all night.
His good friend, Scott McNeely, a travel writer and editor, formerly at Lonely Planet, "yellow arrowed" him when he was visiting from California a year or so ago. The coordinates are the crossroads to Dave's house at Westview Drive and Park Road. Contact Dave at: beanboycoffee@comcast.net.
