Black Hill (G/SP-002) This is the second highest summit in the Peak District. It lies on the Pennine Way or can be approached from the Holme Moss mast, which is shorter but very boggy.

This waymark was registered after activating this summit for Summits on the Air.

All the Summits in Britain are catalogued and Radio Hams "activate" them by transmitting from the summits as part of the Summits on the Air Programme (www.sota.org.uk)

As they are on mountain tops they will be of interest to geocachers who are fell walkers.
