Pendle Hill (summit 557 m above mean sea level) is located in the north-east of Lancashire, England, near the towns of Burnley, Colne, Nelson and Clitheroe. It gives its name to the Borough of Pendle. It is an isolated hill, separated from the Pennines to the east and the Forest of Bowland to the northwest. Also famous for its link to the Pendle witches.
Walking to the top of this hill provides fantastic views of the surrounding area. A suggested starting point is in the Barley car park which provides a voluntary charge of £1 for all day parking.
