From Hike-in primitive camping to RV parking with electric hookups and wooden patios, this park has what the camper wants. Special sites are available for the handicaped. This park is so popular that reservations will not be taken. Sites are available by first come - first served.

Many miles of easy to difficult trails are available for the hiking enthusiest and nature lover. Several overlooks are available for your viewing pleasure. The Mississippi River is right across the road from the park entrance.

The campground is available for year-around use, but water is shut off and primitive camping is closed also during November through April.
