There are 4 monuments at the bridge of 'Deutz/Cologne' (Deutzer Bruecke) showing 'Friedrich III', Wilhelm II (emperor from 1888 to 1918) at one side (cologne) and 'Friedrich-Wilhelm IV' (Emperor of Prussia from 1840-1861) and 'Wilhelm I. (Emperor of Germany from 1871-1888) at the other side (Deutz).
