It's difficult to get a decent picture of this flag pretty much anytime due to its coloring. The flag features a white background, with "City of Delaware" written in arched text above the municipal seal, or logo below it, both in a light blue color. The municipal seal is a stylized "D" of which I'm still trying to find the significance.

Delaware was founded in 1808 and is known as the birthplace of 19th US President, Rutherford B. Hayes. Unfortunately only a plaque, and a BP gas station stands at the site of his home. The city is also home to Ohio Wesleyan University.

Delaware is a small town about 20 miles north of Columbus. Due to recent growth, Delaware is constantly changing and getting bigger. Downtown retains a classic historic look of the original buildings erected in the late 1800's. Here you'll find an eclectic mix of shops and restaurants which typify the more progressive mindset of most small college towns.

More information can be found at Delaware's homepage and Wikipedia.
