The timeline places the time period for petroglyphs to be in the Bronze Age. And it can be read on an information sign by the rock carvings in Högadal.
Högadal is a small rock carving area from the Bronze Age. The site is also called Fürstska-klippen after Carl Magnus Fürst, who described the site in 1880.
The rock carvings consist of 13 vessels, 22-114 cm long. In 2 of the vessels there is a person.
3 soles of feet, one with sandal straps and one with toes.
1 46 cm long snake figure and 1 18 cm long animal with a fox face. Furthermore 9 cup marks and 4 undetermined figures. ( visit link )
Parking: N56 09.475 E015 53.492 and follow the small path approx. 200 m, then you are at the rock carvings.
