This boundary stone stands near King Tor it has CW2 engraved on one side. CW2 is the only survivor of seven stones which marked the limits of a large sett for the Walkhampton China Clay Works. CW refers to Clay Works. Fortunately, the plans for china clay operations on this part of Dartmoor never fully materialised.
